The Handmaid’s Tale will soon be returning for the fourth season of this hit dystopian play on Hulu as audiences find out what’s next for June Osborne (played by Elisabeth Moss). As filming has been closed down in the aftermath of coronavirus 19, there might be some flaws.

This appears to suggest there won’t be a summer season although this show’s seasons have been published because 2017. However, it seems that this might be postponed after production being closed down following the outbreak.

Celebrity Elisabeth Moss on Instagram declared this on March 16.

In a post, she wrote: “We closed down production of year four to maintain the health and security of our crew and cast and join the world in an effort to flatten the curve.

“This series is my life and this cast and team are my loved ones. There’s nothing more important than ensuring that they and everybody around them are secure.

“We expect to return in production the moment it is safe to do so. Meanwhile, remain healthy and safe and look after yourselves. So much love from our family to yours”

There’s not been any news about who’ll return for the fourth set of The Handmaid’s Tale.

Nearly all the cast is expected to return for one more season.

This is expected to comprise Yvonne Strahovski as Serena Joy, Elisabeth Moss as June Osborne and Ann Dowd as Aunt Lydia.

Other possible returning cast members comprise O.T. Fagbenle as Luke, Alexis Bledel as Emily, and Joseph Fiennes as Commander Waterford.

Therefore it isn’t clear exactly what direction the storyline will take, the Handmaid’s Tale period three has completed airing on Hulu.

The following series is very likely to pick up on the cliffhanger end of season three where June (performed by Elisabeth Moss) was hauled away by her fellow handmaidens.

The kids were able to escape and make the trip, therefore, we’re most likely to see more of them in the year.

“But I believe we would like to keep the bar high, and it wouldn’t be a terrible thing to leave the viewer wanting more, then we can transform into The Testaments.”
