The trailer of ‘Bulbbul’ Anushka Sharma’s most current creation is out, and it’s guaranteed to frighten you. The Netflix first features Rahul Bose, Tripti Dimri, Avinash Tiwary in important roles.
The movie trailer opens with a child asking to be told, and it soon transforms into a horror story. The video drops hints that it revolves around the injustices meted out to children and a kid bride. It also underlines specific issues, including child marriage and landlords, while the trailer sketches that a setup with haunting songs and edgy narrative.
According to Netflix, “This mystery is an Indian fable set in 20th century Bengal. The film traverses the journey of a young girl, Bulbbul from innocence to strength, since the legend of a chudail casts a looming shadow over her [Bulbbul’s] world.”
Directed by Anvita Dutt, Bulbbul includes Tripti Dimri, Avinash Tiwary, Rahul Bose, Paoli Dam and Parambrata Chattopadhyay in roles. It’s set to release on Netflix.
About her production ventures, Anushka recently told PTI, “We have had a few things that have been greenlit already, so we’ll start the practice of writing for those. Our slate is full at Clean Slate, and I think me at the moment and that it’s a fantastic time to get Karnesh. Over the past six years, this is what we’ve been working towards, and we’re delighted that we will have the ability to continue our vision to the company.”
