Netflix’s Spanish TV show ‘Cable Girls’ first published on Netflix in April 2017 and was terminated in July 2020. Set in the 1920s the narrative revolves around Maggie Civantos, Nadia de Santiago, Blanca Suárez, and Ana Fernández.
Season 1 comprising 8 episodes premiered worldwide after the successful second on 28 on Netflix and the third season was released in December 2017 and September 2018, respectively. Season 4 premiered on 9 and the show was renewed for a final season. February 2020 the first section of Season 5 arrived on 14th and the second and last part of the series proved to 3rd July 2020.

Cable girls who fought some problems of girl empowerment in Spain. The story is about the four women who worked at a telecommunications company in Madrid. Where girls faced many issues back. The tv show showed how women struggle for their faith and they aren’t weak with four girls’ journey to becoming United in 1 unit of the entire group. The show advises that each woman could have their own side that is separate and would have their own strengths. The lifestyle in Spain was far from getting better for women in the 1920s.
Now after a year, everything is finished, the love, drama, hatred, politics, murder everything is over, the travel of this girl gang finished with its last portion. I mean year 6 will probably never return!
Season 5 finished on terms where Lidia and her buddies bond and grow during the tumultuous period of the 1920s and 1930s at Madrid. Showrunners Ramón Campos and Teresa Fernández-Valdés advised the fans that Season 5 would be the end for Cable Girls.
“Saying goodbye to Cable Girls would be to most say goodbye to a few of the most significant series of our livelihood,” Fernández-Valdés told Living Backstage.
The show has received a pile of testimonials from fans and critics, one of many things that attracted the audiences was the feminism in the show’s heart and the beautiful polish outfits. The fascinating drama was successful to provide feminism alongside comedy, gigantic drama, and love.
