The Central Government has issued Unlock-4 Guidelines. The state governments are also issuing their guidelines under this guideline. The new directives allow 100 people to attend religious events from September 21. The government has approved to run the metro in New Delhi with conditions from September 7. The bars closed since March will open from today.
According to the guidelines issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs, from September 21, events related to social, political, entertainment, sports, etc. will be allowed. Still, a maximum of 100 people will be present. However, such ceremonies will inevitably have to follow the rules of face masks, physical distances, thermal scanning, sanitizers, and Covid-19. According to the guidelines, there will be no restriction on people moving from one state to another. Open-air theaters will be allowed to open from September 21, 2020.
Still, it will remain closed.
Schools, colleges, and other educational institutions will remain closed till September 30. There is some relaxation for students from 9th to 12th standard. Cinema halls, swimming pools, international flights (except in some special cases) will remain closed.
Guidelines of UP government
The UP government has also released the guideline of Unlock-4. In this, UP has taken steps on the path of the Center. If you decide to run the metro from September 7, then important decisions like the resumption of education and training in school-colleges and educational institutions are included. The special thing is that till now the permission was given to the District Magistrates to impose lockdown according to the local situation. Now no District Magistrate will be able to impose lockdown outside the Containment Zone.
Maharashtra Government Guidelines
According to the Maharashtra government guidelines, private offices will start with 30 percent of staff. Hotels have been allowed to open with 100% capacity. However, the government has directed to follow the SOP for this strictly.
