After Season 1 ended with a few bombshell news – Dana, the identical twin sister of Debbie (Virginia Williams) is Sterling’s real mom – we have got questions. How will Sterling and Blair’s relationship change? How could they pull off the”Twin Thing” if they are not twins? Who is Sterling’s real dad?
Here is what we know about the potential of Teenage Bounty Hunters, and if we’ll get some answers following the Season 1 finale twist.
WILL THERE BE A TEENAGE BOUNTY HUNTERS SEASON 2?
Netflix has yet to confirm that an official Season 2 renewal for Teenage Bounty Hunters, but we have got our fingers crossed that we have not seen the final of Sterling and Blair. Please keep checking back in, because we will make sure to keep you posted with any Season 2 news.
WHEN WILL TEENAGE BOUNTY HUNTERS SEASON 2 PREMIERE ON NETFLIX?
Since Netflix has not made the call on Season two, we don’t have any official dates, but we can look back to the Season 1 timeline for clues. The first period of Teenage Bounty Hunters was announced in 2019 and filming began in June and wrapped in late November. Season 1 formally proved on Netflix Aug. 14, so it took about 14 months from start to finish. Recognizing this, we could forecast that Season 2 would drop sometime in late 2021.
What’s Going to TEENAGE BOUNTY HUNTERS SEASON 2 BE ABOUT?
If you have finished Season 1 of Teen Bounty Hunters, you’ve got some questions. The finale revealed that Blair and Sterling are not twins, even though they were raised thinking they were sisters. It turns out their mother has a double of her own who is Sterling’s biological mother. We find all this out following Sterling is kidnapped by a lady who looks like Debbie, but is her fugitive sister, Dana.
In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Teenage Bounty Hunters co-executive manufacturer Kathleen Jordan hinted at what we can expect from Season two. “Sterling is her parents’ best child, which comes in the simple fact that they really overcompensated with their adopted daughter, they over-parented her, to Blair’s detriment,” she explained. “That’s something which we want to definitely investigate in a optimistic season 2.”
Aside from the double dynamics, Jordan is also hoping to dig into” a lot of love still on the desk,” as well as”drama and cliffhangers.” And like us, she has many questions. “Can Sterling select Luke (Spencer House), April (Devon Hales), neither? Will Blair go back to Miles (Myles Evans)?” she asked. “How can this discovery impact Blair’s connection with Sterling? How can this discovery impact Sterling’s connection with Blair along with her parents and this enormous what could be distinguished as a lie, so it might also be characterized as an act of support for so many decades? There is a lot to unpack and I hope we get the chance to do it.”
If and when we do get a Season 2, we know one thing: it certainly won’t be boring.
