Halle Berry, 54, looks fantastic – and she credits fitness and diet for her impeccable figure. The star has already talked about being around the Keto diet which can be low in carbs but high in fat – and explained what her “fantasy” Keto breakfast is using coach Peter Lee Thomas. “I think we have the same Keto breakfast: I enjoy egg lettuce, lettuce…I’ll cooks the eggs in avocado oil. Also, I prefer to have some tomato. Just sliced tomato,” the Oscar winner clarified.
The Swordfish actress glowed from the makeup-free video, keeping her highlighted hair back into a ponytail. Peter also chimed in with his morning meal, including indulging in cheese from New Zealand. “Sometimes I do turkey bacon, and I will cook the eggs and avocado,” he explained at the movie, which is part of Halle’s #PHITTalks series. “I cook the eggs coconut oil. A wonderful omelette is just another… get some great New Zealand cheese there and sprinkle some great pumpkin seeds on top,” he added.
Bone broth is another go-to for Halle for the”collagen” and weight loss benefits, she confessed. Peter added, “We adore having bone broth not only for weight reduction but for fasting benefits. It helps a whole lot of people…You get a significant dose of collagen in it as well.” Halle’s go-to? “I love Dr Axe’s ancient bone broth…I frequently have it around,” she revealed, noting that she likes to keep it “at a kettle” to delight in the “miracle juice” any time of day.
Being starving is not a part of Halle’s philosophy, however. “Go right ahead and eat! Be cautious about what you place in your mouth. Make it healthy and wholesome,” she reminded her 6.5 million followers. Peter also suggested individuals trying to remain in shape may still enjoy great food, like a”fine salmon” with cauliflower rice. Halle added, “Sometimes I will have two meals, particularly if I am training and exercising…so I will have a protein and a vegetable.”
The pair also warned viewers to be sure that you speak to their physician about what diets are best for them. “You have to consult your doctor about how you deal with your cholesterol, as everybody differs. My entire body makeup is that consuming healthy fats doesn’t affect my cholesterol levels at all. And that is just how my body functions, and I’m good with the Keto lifestyle,” she said. “Happy Fitness Friday! #PHITTalks is back, and @peterleethomas and I are answering all your diet & nutrition concerns. Enjoy!! ,” Halle captioned the video.
