Tamannaah, on Wednesday (October 14), returned to Mumbai from Hyderabad after recovering from the book coronavirus. Early this month, she flew to Hyderabad to shoot for a commercial. After wrapping up the advertisement shoot, she acquired mild fever and subsequently got analyzed for Covid-19. She tested positive and got herself admitted to a private hospital in Hyderabad.

After becoming discharged, Tamannaah stayed in isolation in her Hyderabad home for a week. On October 14, she jumped on a flight to Mumbai after testing negative for Covid-19.

Tamannaah led to her home in Mumbai when she landed. She hugged her mom Rajani and dad Santosh Bhatia at the doorsteps. She chose to Instagram to share a three-minute-long video of her grand homecoming. She captioned the video, “Homecoming (sic),” with a home emoji.

Her mother pulled Tamannaah for another hug as she entered the home. Her pet dog Pebbles came hurrying to her. She stated, “It has been so crazy, and I’m thankful it’s done and over with. I can finally live my entire life; the last few weeks have been a whole lot to process. I’ll soon share whatever I have been through.”

Tamannaah also included that she’ll devote some time in Mumbai at her home to build up her stamina and energy before getting back to work.

Tamannaah’s best friend and celebrity, Shruti Haasan, took to the remarks section to extend a warm welcome for her. She wrote, “Awwwwwwww, yes. This makes me so happy (sic).”

The actress’s fans also wanted her rapid recovery.

On October 4, Tamannaah tested positive for the novel coronavirus and got admitted to Hyderabad hospital. Since she showed mild symptoms, she chose to get hospitalized in Hyderabad.

Two days later, she got discharged from the hospital. In a statement, she wrote, “Although my team and I’ve been very disciplined on set, I sadly succumbed to moderate fever a week. After taking the compulsory tests, I had been diagnosed as COVID-19 positive. I admitted myself into a hospital in Hyderabad to mitigate negative health outcomes, and after being under the care of specialist medical professionals, I’m currently being discharged.”

Back in August, Tamannaah’s parents Santosh and Rajani tested positive for the novel coronavirus. They recuperated from Covid-19 and are now in their Mumbai residence.
