In Rajasthan, the genie of Gujjar Reservation is once again seen coming out of the bottle. Gurjar Reservation Sangharsh Samiti has called Gurjar Mahapanchayat once again after two and a half years in Adana village of Bayana, Bharatpur. Leaders of Gurjar Sangharsh Samiti say that 80 people from Gurjar dominated villages have been called. About 20 thousand people will be involved in this.
Meanwhile, Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has sent Bharatpur and Karauli Collector, along with senior IAS officers, on the spot for talks with members of Gurjar Sangharsh Samiti.
Because of the previous sabotage, the administration had stopped internet services in several areas of Karauli and Bharatpur, including Bayana barre Rupavas Bhusawal, from midnight on Friday to midnight on Saturday. Around 2500 security forces have been deployed in the entire area.
This time, their most important demand is from the BJP government at the Center that the reservation that has been made in Rajasthan should be included in the Ninth Schedule of the Center so that no adverse decision will come in the court. One thousand two hundred fifty-two employees should be regularized by filling special reservation quota.
They demand that the people martyred during the agitation be given jobs and compensation, the Devnarayan scheme implemented for Gurjars should be implemented properly and the case against Gurjar agitators should be returned. This time too, the Center of Gurjar movement has been kept full of Peelu. Gurjar agitations have been taking place in this area.
